Policy on Returns and Exchanges
Return/cancelation And Exchanges policy -
Returns of our products for exchange and refund are accepted however this will be only accepted if they are returned with in the 14 days of receiving the items and are in same condition. Orders that have already been shipped out cannot be cancelled and will be treated as returns.
The customer will be liable for the cost of the return of the parcel unless there was mistake made on our part. Please note refund can take up 3 working days to be processed back in to your account.
Please note that return parcels from out of the UK must be noted as return shipment and that the value of the items must be 0. If this is not applied the parcel will be treated as an export and customs charges may apply to the parcel which the customer is liable for and delays may occur.
